Philippe Demizieux Director
Philippe is a solid project director and business analyst who’s comfortable working everywhere from global corporations to startups. Over the past nine years, he’s lived and worked in Paris, London, Melbourne, and Shanghai, so he’s got a real feel for how the global economy ticks. Fluent in Mandarin, he knows the marketing and digital space inside out, and has led international marketing campaigns across the APAC region. Philippe most recently served as International Project Director at Bastion, where he led the delivery of a complex international marketing program across more than 14 countries on behalf of Hort Innovation for half a dozen commodity categories. His client work includes Penfolds, Avocados Australia, Australian Table Grapes, Cherry Growers Association, APAL, Mangoes Australia, EVO Hass, and many more.

Kaki comes from the fresh produce sector, where she advised supply chain stakeholders on how to meet Chinese market requirements, covering everything from postharvest handling to shipment logistics. She previously spent over eight years working for a Chinese importer, helping international brands and industry bodies roll out retail and marketing activities while diving deep into market analysis. Kaki is particularly strong when it comes to coordinating events and logistics for international clients, and she knows how to bridge cultural and operational gaps to deliver results across borders.
