With a background in Construction Management in Australia, Iris brings a sharp, disciplined approach to project management; skills she now channels into her own business as a Partner and General Manager at Shanghai Fusion Cultural Activation Co., Ltd. Over the past 18 months, she’s led the end-to-end delivery of 150+ events, from team-building sessions to large-scale corporate functions, working with government, community, and corporate clients. Iris is also highly experienced in managing international clients, seamlessly navigating cross-cultural communication and complex logistics to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
